european breakfast, they have only the dormitory (one room for four
persons-
with air conditioning , no private toilet, no shower, no IDD0
and the mess hall with Chinese cuisine. Only In the hotel they

The training course is organized in private way in Dengfeng City (10
km from Shaolin Temple) or in Shaolin, so you can choose your time
and decide what to learn. The Master speaks only Chinese, but our
master has a rich experience and knows very well how to teach a
foreign student. If you don't know how to make training
program, our master will help you to make one according to your
health and your prefer. The daily training lasts from 4 hours to
5 hours in the
different school. We suggest you to do the training in Dengfeng City
where the hotel is clean with hot water shower.
